It sure is cool! I wish I had it in my backyard (but that's not attainable at this time).

Bob At some point I am sure these where used as a station somewhere. There are people looking for these to make stations in there backyard like Wes said. Wes I knew you would like it. You have been talking about these old medal buildings for quite a while. That reminds me I have a couple pics to get for you too smile

Okay, we have a new guy! Thats okay and very welcome. If all things were perfect this should have been posted under non-petroliana...

In my humble opinion, NO BIG DEAL.

Very cool and by the way welcome to Old GAS

It looks like an old gas station. The section above the door looks like the top of a National A-1. Imagine a Flying A sign up there with a couple A-1s or A-38s out front. It would make a cool Associated gas station.

I didn't mean to offend or jump on anyone. Seems (to me) that non-petro items are starting to creep back into the petro for sale forum. Maybe it wasn't/isn't my place to point it out. If no one says anything in this forum itself, then how will the next person know that this forum is for petro related items only? Maybe the header should read "petro related items for sale or trade"? Again, didn't mean to offend any member.

HI BOB, DIDN'T OFFEND ME AT ALL I UNDERSTAND WHAT EVERYONE IS SAYING..I DO REALIZE IT IS NOT PETRO..MY REASON (AND AGAIN I REALIZE IT WAS WRONG) BUT I AM WILLING TO TRADE FOR PETRO RELATED THINGS SIGNS AND GAS PUMPS AND SUCH.. THAT WAS THE METHOD TO MY MADNESS..AND BESIDES YOU WILL OFTEN FIND A DINER SUCH AS THIS AT OLD GAS STATIONS. EXAMPLE TWIN ARROWS IN ARIZONA OR PHILLIPS 66 STATION IN CHANDLER OKLAHOMA.

Dick, it does look like an Erie. Just add vertical moldings above the door and horizontal on either side above the windows.

I think we have moderators that keep track of where everything is supposed to go and there's even a little icon now that you can press to report a post if you think it's wrong.
It's not really a job for the members to keep pointing things out that they don't like in the for sale section.
