s932:

There is NO actual door glass on these pumps. The glass goes behind the porcelain faceplates and is retained by a stamped aluminum backing plate. The whole assembly mounts to the front of the Veeder Root. And . . . the necessary single-strength glass can be purchased from any hardware store or glass shop - it's just flat stock.

I can't help you with the sheet metal top - but if you find one, I can help you with the Stainless Steel trim.

I had a few without tops a few years ago, I was able to run down one original one and then got this top from a fellow collector. Contact ron to see if he could make more of the center parts the rest would just be bent sheet metal: http://www.oldgas.com/shoptalk/ubb/Forum1/HTML/004786.html
