Maybe I'm missing something, but what's with all the ENRON items plugging up gas and oil on ebay, and the prices the stuff is getting?????? I wish I had a warehouse full. Did I miss a collectors meeting somewhere, what do they know that I don't?
Thanks.......Lance

I just saw it on the news and looked on ebay. Was enron in the financial consulting business or the advertising business? Looks like they stamped their name on anything that stayed still for more than five seconds.

ENRON was in the "energy-trading" business. They did not "make" anything, per se - they bought, sold, and traded various forms of energy which other companies produced. If you'll look closely at the items on eBay, you'll see that many of them are souvenirs of ENRON Field in Houston - the new home of the Astros. The funniest(?) one I saw was a book on "ENRON ethics" - man, talk about an oxymoron!
