I guess I'm now a member of the Parking meter club. Many thanks to my Oldgas Brother Bruzer for sending this to me. It showed up today. Lucky for me, I had a bunch of stuff out in the scrap metal recycle piles. I cut a piece of galvanized pipe to length, used the top piece of a scuba tank for a base, then held it all together with a piece of all thread. Up untill now, my Daughter thought I was crazy. Now she's convinced. Thaks again Mike!!!! I wonder what she'll say when I bring home a fire hydrant? Or, what about a Mailbox?

Oldgoaly, take a look at my post here. I got a piece of all thread rod, ran it through a pipe, that was put on top of an old scuba tank, then tightened it up. Not that you would happen to have an old scuba tank around, but just to get ya' thinking....
