Don't get me started about those negs! I left negs for two people that didn't pay me and one for a seller that never sent the item that I paid for and got those three negs in retaliation.
I figure its better to warn other ebayers and risk retaliation than not to do anything.
And that item I paid for and never got. Well the seller just resold it under another screen name!

I know you were just razzin me but thats a sore subject....especially since that low life resold my item. By the way, ebay dispute resolution is worthless!!!!

Ebay dispute resolution is definitely worthless.

I've had the exact same thing happen, minus the reselling part. Never got the money. The person's ebay account lapsed (nonpayment). I ended up being able to track down the lady's phone number on the internet, but her family members covered for her, saying she didn't live there and they didn't know her (even though they still wanted to take the message for her!)...

But, rambling aside, the value of the item wasn't high enough for me to get money back. The item value has to be within a certain window for you to get anything at all.

I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL, POPS....I HAD ONE JERKWHAD SELLER LOSE MY ITEM AND THEN NOT GIVE A FULL REFUND. I GAVE HIM A WELL DESERVED NEGATIVE AND HE RETALIATED WITH THE SAME, SAYING TO STAY AWAY FROM BUYERS LIKE ME!
SO I'M 1/10TH OF 1% FROM HAVING 100% PERFECT FEEDBACK BECAUSE OF THIS !#%!!**$ JERK!

Guys. Sorry to hear about buying stuff on ebay and not getting the item. But, if you know their names, contact the local police department and talk to a detective. File a complaint. I had to do that twice in different states. Even talked to the County or District Attorney. I then called back to the scam sellers and left messages that I have talked with detective (plug in the name) and that charges are being filed. One item was shipped to me overnight. It is a hassle, a pain, but can be worth it. Good luck.
