I am trying to copy and paste an item number on ebay for a post. I believe I did it before by right clicking on the number to highlight it , but its not working now. Maybe I did it some other way...how do you guys do it?

First you need to left click at the start of the number hold the left button down to highlight the number once highlighted right click on the highlighted numbers and select copy.Then go to ebay search box and right click again and select paste.

1st left click and hold. to highlight the numder then right click and the screen will come up.left click copy,then move to the box for auctions left click again and ya get the blinking line.right click box appears and then left clck paste # should appear in box.hope i said this right.easy habit once ya learn,but hard to describe hope this helps,mick ya beat me tom!!
