Nice looking item but they are not real signs. It pays to spend money on good books to learn what is real or not. http://cgi.ebay.com/VINTAGE-PORCELAIN-EN...1QQcmdZViewItem

It's like the old sayings: "If it looks to good to be true" and/or like Dick said: A fool and his money are soon parted. And I do have to admit that before I joined this group I got taken to the cleaners on a sign. Oh well it was only money.lol Bob

YOU ARE SO RIGHT, ALSO EVER NOTICED THAT SOME PERSON THAT HAS NOT WON IN THREE YEARS SUDDENLY IS INTERESTED IN STUFF YOU ARE BIDDING ON WHEN THE BUCKS GET UP THERE OR SOME NEW PERSON THAT ONLY HAS A FEW FEEDBACKS IN THE LAST SIX MONTHS AND THOSE ARE FOR ITEMS FOR LESS THAN TEN BUCKS AND WITH 4-6 BID RETRACTIONS IS SUDDENLY BIDDING $150-$300 ON OIL ITEMS!!! AMAZING EBAY ISN'T IT

Looks like the seller did the right thing and ended the auction. Looks like he is the one that is going to take the hit in the old billfold.

...e-mail the high bidder, if you have the time...I try to let people know about fake Gulf stuff when it's misrepresented...people dropping big money on junk get disenchanted with the hobby when they find out, and that's not good for the hobby...
