The Pump I bought there is a SALZKOTTEN manual of the 40ties ( I guess ..) it is a manual one ... It used to be also red and white and had GASOLINE on it, but in fact it is not porcelained the colour came off... WAIT FOR IDEAS HOW TO RESTORE IT !!!!!! Andy

Andy, Were those pumps originally outside the gas station in that metal cabinet, or were they inside the station? I think it would look cool to paint all the pipes silver, the inside of the cabinet black, and the outside red and white. John

Time to play with open cards :
Iīm 37 Vermonter ( just for my defense....)
Yes, the ( young ...lol ) man told me the pump used to sit aside the road and was used until the company brought the new ones in the fifties... MOTANOL and GASOLIN was one famous brand at that time here.... Andy
