Well I told you guys that after I got the neon globe restored that I was nervous with it sitting around so I had to build a shelf or some kind of display.

So I went to Lowes for some nice Pine boards and went to work and here's how it turned out.

Hope you all enjoy how it turned out as I do. And thanks to the members that have helped me and my Pure addiction!

Now just as long as I don't find any more globes....(or maybe just the WOCO as that's a repop). LOL

Looks amazing. Looking at the pictures I kept thinking what would happen if I did something like that. The final conclusion I made is that I could never trust anything I built enough to hold things that would break when it collapsed.

Looks good mike and I see a couple pure globes I don't have.


Originals only for me. Always looking for Simpson oil, Super A, and MFA oil cans and globes.

Really cool...Nice to see the stuff displayed. Neon one is amazing..I know nothing of globes...but wow would that have been cool to see in its day on a pump.

You did a nice job on the shelf. Looks good in front of the window with no back to let light through.
