First lesson learned the hard way....take pictures. They only go together one way. I'm sure you can put your mind to the task and figure it out? By the way, no one wrote a book covering the restoration of only this one pump. It would not have been a cost effective venture, as you can agree, if you think about it? Paul www.severngaspumps.com

It's a simple pump to assemble. You should be able to figure it out as Paul indicates but, if not, let me know and I'd be glad to talk you through it and/or supply you with some photos.

Think of it as a steel jig-saw puzzle. I learned the hard way. Take plenty of pictures and make backup on cd. Just in case some-one wants to borrow your camera .

I doubt if anyone will ever write a book on how to reassemble a particular pump.
When your pump was new and was delivered to the station there was some literature in the crate, one of which was a Parts Manual. This manual showed every part of the 100, it was to aid the repairmen to identify the broken part, get the part number, then order in that part. When the 100 was new, Wayne never thought that we would be taking these pumps completely apart, restoring them, then reassembling them, so the Parts Manual is not written that way.
But, having a Parts Manual will help you reassemble the pump, you just look at all the illustrations, and you will se where each of the parts go.

Information on this Parts Manual and other literature available for the 100 can be found on this page of my website: http://petrolianacollectibles.com/wayne%20100.htm
