Good morning old gassers. Been about 4 months since I have posted. Drag racing, building and restoring some cars, etc. just seems like there is not enough time for everything. Looks like an autumn cool off coming and I don't like that cause I know what is around the corner. Feel real bad about DB. Found out about it when I was racing at the US Nationals Drag meet at Indianapolis the last five days. Never met Dick, but like Kyle Moore who was a close friend, enjoy and learn while you can. That's what I did as you never know what a day will bring. Have a good one, Rob

Good morning gang!

The vibe here on Oldgas is definitely different now.

The mornings are getting cooler and cooler around here. Winter is on its way, it wont be long now. It was nice having a long weekend to spend at the cabin. I was able to remove the old deck and build a larger/nicer one. I also got some more wiring done, glad to have the wiring almost done.

Have a good day everybody!

FREEDOM oil items wanted.

Morning all. Hope everyone had a good long weekend despite the sad news we had to deal with. That fall feel is definitely in the air with cooler temps and rain here this morning. The farmers needed the rain and summer can't last forever so I guess we better be ready for fall whether we like it or not. Better get that cabin work done Ryan and get it buttoned up for cold, it won't be long now. We were able to get our repairs done on the last trip up so I hope the new roof on my shed keeps everything dry this fall. Cabins are great but a never ending project. Have a great week all....

Right here it is extremely humid and hot. School starts in a couple days. I am awaiting a large order of rare 2 gallons, which should get here in the next couple days.

Good oil cans don't wait for people, people wait for them.

Don't normally chime in on the morning hello, but been thinking about another oldgasser, Chris holt who passed away 4 years ago today. Chris always had a hearty Good Morning, so hears one for him!

It's amazing how the weather changes in September, it's a relief from the desperate cries on the honey do list, it's time to settle in and get ready for winter, and what didn't get done can wait til next April.

Have a Great Day, and Good Luck on the Hunt!

Morning all!
Lance-- thanks for remembering Chris today! When DB passed, memories of Chris came flooding back. Life is short, take time to visit and make contact with your friends!
The step daughter is getting married this weekend, so the Warden has been extra busy with little projects, and I seem to be catching the overflow! LOL Wouldn't have it any other way though!
Have a great day on me!!--KEVIN

Hello all. TC left this AM to drop off more globes on his trip across North America!
Weather distinctly cooler here as well.
Actually that will mean I will get more done as the outdoor stuff gets put off and indoor work can be done.
Have a good one in OG land.
Fred
