Don't get me wrong, I hate this sort of thing.
Seller has made no claims as to age or authenticity and the vague description is intentional in order to bait inexperienced bidders/collectors. Which is wrong in my opinion. But in itself, is not a reportable breach of any e-Bay rules.
It's listed in the collectible category which allows for reproduction/fantasy items.
What are you reporting this item for? Am I missing something?

check his completed listings, has history of preying on the uneducated buyers for self gain... in most of his descriptions, This sign is from Grandpa's barn decor collection- yea right I agree with you and like I said, I hate sellers/people like him. They are scum... Anybody that thinks, "from Grandpa's barn decor collection" means old vintage advertising needs to pull out a dictionary. In my opinion this is still a non reportable listing. Bottom line is; You can't protect bidders from themselves.
