Having trouble getting new locks to work on my bennett 1066. I got locks from gas pump heaven but when it locks the door still has a fair bit of play (even when I use the grommet that holds latch tight to door) Any hints would help. Thanks,Tim

Should have bought a Mail Box Lock from HD/Lowes or your local Hardware store. Bend the Fricken Tab.

After having some pumps stolen in this area I want it to be as secure as possible because it is going outside. Thanks for the advice I will compare the mail box locks.

Wire pump to 240 & becomes Live when tipped/moved. Cover inside mounting bolt w/ several inches of concrete or tack weld nuts to bolts.

Not Live all the time, just when Tipped, Mercury switch in a Pinball machine & an Alarm inside.

Take the blade off and bend it in a vise with a hammer. Clamp the blade up so the bend will clear the cylinder. Repeat until you are happy with the closed fit of the door.
