Good Morning all, Looks like one more good day here and then the rain and 50s start creeping in. Tried chisel plowing early this morning with one of the Deere 4 wheel drives behind the two combines and ground was still to wet. Try this afternoon. Soo going to take my 33 Pontiac coupe with 26,000 original miles and has been in my family since bought new and do some touring. Homecoming weekend here at NIU so tomorrow time to be off the road. When you see " come in for Kegs and Eggs at 6am" advertised from all the bars, you know it's time to stay off the road. You all have a good weekend and stay safe out there. Rob

Good morning gang!
Waiting for two customers to come and pick up their vehicles, then off to dump the tanks in my fifth wheel camper so that I can finish winterizing it and put it away. Planning on heading to an auction tomorrow, then maybe some golf with my dad on the way home....
Have a good day everybody!

Morning Oldgas! Hopefully will get started on the shed tomorrow. Making it for pops out of panels from a Sinclair station pump canopy that was rebranded to Phillips 66 last year. Each panel measures 3'x10' and I have 30 of them so I should be able to do something with what I have.Off to the lumber yard.

Hello All, Nice day shaping up here in southern lower Michigan with a high in the lower 70's. I've taken the week off for vacation and have done a lot of nothing so far! I have spent a couple days metal detecting as they are re-doing one of the streets in town. So far I've netted a Mercury dime, 1953D silver quarter, 1882 1891 1894 Indian pennies, some early wheat pennies, and a fair amount of newer coins. Fun is you never know what you're going to find, could be a year old or a hundred years old! I'll probably end up doing more hunting today.... Have a good day all, Darin

Morning all! I went to my old classmates farm auction yesterday and auction prices were very good. Of course, he had very clean and well kept equipment. I stopped to look at a gas pump on the way home and this old truck was tucked in the shed! Just never know what you'll find! Have a great day on me!!--KEVIN

Good Afternoon everyone,
Another nice day here. On the road a little after 6 am this morning to go into St. Louis to get a truckload of food for our food pantry from Operation Food Search. Got 50+ cases of a great variety of items, from frozen meats to fresh apples. That will really help round out what we give out for distribution tomorrow.
Cool truck! Kevin, Are you going to be able to make a deal on the truck or the pump?
Have a great Friday in Oldgasland!
