I'm curious as to what would be the proper script/or font style to use for lettering for Esso. I'm restoring a Tokheim 36b and just happen to have an original milk glass top with the Esso inscription in it, the particular 36b pump I have has metal strips running from just beneath the computer face trim right to the bottom of the pump, looks very similar to,that of a Tydol design on the 36b. my plan is to insert the words "esso" in vinyl lettering from beneath the front access door right to the bottom of the pump in a vertical fashion so I'm curious as to the correct font or style of lettering to use for the lettering for this era of pump or should I just stay with the same font as that in the milk glass dome?
thank you for your valued input

Have the sign shop copy the font on Glass Top, You'll be happier when Finished.
