bought this oil can rack over the weekend was wondering if anyone knew anything about it, or had a pic of a restored, it also has some screw holes for a sign was wondering what sign was attached to it

still wondering if anyone has any info on this rack and what type of sign was on top of it was gonna paint it over the winter.
