Terry's Bike Shop calendar made from that old time cardboard and die stamped and heavily embossed. Measures 6 1/2 by 9 inches on the cardboard part and 11 inches overall. Marked made in Western Germany on the back,, that leads me to believe that these were made using old stock, as I don't think W.Ger was still being used by the 60's...
