Some of you may remember I had an old Seloil cabinet I learned really wasn't going to be worth restoring myself so I had it up for sale. I ended up selling it to a young lady that's well known here in So. Cal. The wife and I were watching tv last night and there's the cabinet. Rik's brother and kid ended up buying it with a bunch of other stuff and dragged it back to Vegas.I guess I'm a simple guy but I really got a kick out of that. I know these shows are staged but I really enjoy watching them anyway, they always have cool items and I laugh at some of the personalities. Nice to know it will end up restored and not scrapped. Tom

Three weeks ago my wife and I flew to Oklahoma and rented a car. We cruise Route 66 to Needles.CA then up to Vegas. First place we stopped was at Rick's Shop. We had a tour of the business and met some of the staff. Rick took time out to meet us and take photos and answer my questions. He told me how he got started 30 years ago doing his first Vendo 39. He is very freindly along with his staff. We had a super trip and nothing but great service and hospitality the whole week. I still can't believe I took over 300 pics of old stations , pumps and signs....and one flattened rattler in Texas. Lol Dave

I must admit that I like American Restoration even though the prices he charges seems outlandish! I can actually watch it and laugh at/with those guys even though the show is staged. They seem like they are really "down to earth" guys.....On the other hand, I usually DVR American Pickers to see the cool stuff they find but have to fast forward the show whenever Mike and Frank are on the screen. However, I don't fast forward when I see Danielle! Lol

Yep that's Cynthia AKA the picker chick. Cynthia is the one who bought a complete W 60 frame that came off my trailer in Nebraska. The person following me loaded it up and took off, he latter answered her add about pumps wanted. She bought it for $100 after I contacted her she had it delivered to my door in Colorado. She said they were filming that episode the next day and she was pretty excited. Great person we had quite a long talk that day
Looking for anything JENNEY OIL OR GAS
