I decided to make a new globe shelf as my old one just did not look good. Last week I was able to by some oak boards that made for tractor trailer rig floors. I still need to work on hiding the electrical a little better but other than that it's done.

Originals only for me. Always looking for Simpson oil, Super A, and MFA oil cans and globes.

Nice job. Nice looking wood too. Kind of looks like a small bowling alley.

Lookin' good! It does remind me of a bowling lane. If John Jarvis walks in with a bowling ball, stand back!

Thanks guys for all the comments. I use to work at the place that makes this stuff by far the worst job of my life. My bar is also made from this stuff and its slick with polyurethane it really looks like a bowling alley. Hey Maurice and Tony im sure a few of these globes look familier huh.
