The pump handle is missing. I need to get one, that's why I am trying to figure out what model this is. The guy I got it from thought it was a 615. The pump motor has not a square where the handle goes, but more like rectangle shape.

Like I said, its a 615. You're missing the drainback and I can't see the other side to see if anything else is missing. The pump shaft is probably worn down from being loose at one time in its life. Very common occurence. They get very odd shaped at times. The skins are excellent--possibly repops?
Looks like all of the gallon markers are there. Can't tell if both fingers on the nozzle hanger are there. There should be 2 of them but in about half the cases, one is broken.
Lots of parts available--both original and reproduction.

Thanks! The skins are all original. Everything is solid and is original. Both fingers on the nozzle hanger are there. What kind of gas pump nozzle did this have? Anyone know? I will buy a hose, crank handle and drainback for it. This is my first pump!

Thanks again!

Wayne used both a square shaft and a double D shaft (yours).
I can help you with parts if you want to give me a call.
