Jimmy,
The best place to get any globe is at a gas & oil swap meet. I've seen original 15" Red Crown globes for sale at the last three shows I've been too. A decent original and a repro will differ in price by $1000-1300 ( in other words a good original will cost 1250-1500).

Hey Jimmy

I am assuming you want a California Red Crown globe and not Indiana, correct? Two of them will be up for auction in July from Roy Reed's collection. They are in great shape. Expect some action due to the rareness of them.....or if you don't mind waiting a bit.....Mike Slama has that on his ltd edition list and you should know how excellent his reproductions are....... You should see the Richfield Aviation one he just did and it is on ebay.....Do a search under seller and enter his h.earl under seller's name.

Good luck

Tom

Jimmy,
I was thinking of the Indiana versions. They would be the low priced originals compared to the Ohio, Nebraska, and California versions.
