After spending over 10 years driving 9500 gallon gasoline tankers, I got into the electrical trade. Worked up to where I am now. I`m an electrical inspector for the county building department. Funny thing....I STILL love the smell of gasoline, and get stary-eyed when a tanker goes by....(sorta like when a kid sees Santa Clause!)

Grew up in gas & service stations. Spent the last 26 years as a paramedic. It's been a great career, but I now spend a good amount of time reflecting on my gas days working in restorations in my spare time.

LPN with MS Dept. of Mental Health. I work mostly with developmentally disabled adults (i.e. Down Syndrome, Autism, Mental Retardation, etc.)
Sometimes on recreational trips with my folks, I keep a lookout for old petro places, like an old Amoco bulk plant in Clarksdale, MS or an old Premier/DX station off I-55 in Jackson that I remember stopping at in the early 70's.
On one trip, I sat in the very front of a charter bus and snapped pics of old stations and anything that looked interesting along the way. One of them was a picture of the US 49/61 crossroads on a dark, dreary day.

I have been in the USAF for the past 26 years. Looking at retiring this summer and starting a second career. Right now I am stationed at Whiteman AFB with the B-2 bomber. Below picture is of the base motorcycle club in front of one of our planes.
