Is this 12x6 sign real or fake?

It's so hard to tell with the OK GM signs. It's complicated because I think some non-GM used car lots copied there signs too,

I think the font on there is Arial. Which came out in 1983. Based on that I would say not legit. I'm not quite sure when OK used car signs stopped though, I think they made it to the 1970s?

IMO, fake. I assume the size mean 6" X 12". What would GM dealer use this sign for? That wouldn't make any sense. Back doesn't look right. Never seen the sign in 40 years. The "OK" doesn't look correct. No maker's mark, repro grommet pattern, it was probably cheap, etc..... Just 99% sure it's fake!! if I had it in my hand, I would probably say 100%.
