A few years ago, I think it was Synchron, stopped making these movements. The motors are still for sale and available. Ebay has some but prices are high.

Yeah, it's irritating they went from easy to get to just gone! When I called PetroRelics, the guy there told me about how you just cant get them now. They stopped making them around start of COVID I think.

You may want to try some of the facebook groups, I'm in "Neon Clocks" and "Vintage Neon Clock Collectors", fair amount of buying and selling of clock parts in there. Not cheap in there though.

There's still a few on amazon too. I think it was Hansen that was the last company that was making them. So I think you can search for Hansen, Synchron, etc. If you click on "buying options" there are still a few floating around.

Whats wrong with the movement you have pictured? Looks like it just needs a good cleaning, then some oil.

Charles Smith has them but you may not want to pay for one.

Like has been said, clean it. These rarely go bad. Sometimes the motor craps out but the movement is pretty easy to get going. Remove the 4 screws holding the motor on and remove it. Spray brake cleaner on the movement. Then oil with sewing machine oil. If you need a new motor, they are available. If you need to take the movement apart, don't be intimidated. They are really very simple. I've done this many many times and never not gotten one to run again.

Hi, Yes it was stuck in the worst kinda way but after a lot of soaking and a little heat it came apart. The second hand shaft was seized to the minute shaft. After getting it all apart and back together it will kinda do Ok for a bit but sometimes picks up the minute hand or stops completely and im sure it will burn up the new motor this way. Not sure what else to do, Seems to spin very easily with the reset shaft and even freewheels for a bit but just dont wana clock that i cant trust to work or burns up motors! Anyone want a job rebuilding this one? smile
