Hi All

This is my first ever post!

Warm regards from Essex, England. I’ve just returned to England from France with two signs that have been in my family for nearly 40years - A Mobil Pegasus (Perspex see other thread and a McColl Frontenac).

I am currently doing some research. This is a 72 inch , double sided sign. I would say the sign is in pretty good condition. One side needs a clean and I will attempt this with some very fine (0000) steel wool and Rottenstone powder.

Unfortunately, I can’t see any visible stamp/year. Question was it common for these signs to be stamped? How else can I track down its history or validate its authenticity? I’m pretty sure this is genuine. My father had originally imported it from the US.

Would welcome any guidance.

Best
Chris
