UpnorthNeil Petro Enthusiast Joined: Dec 2011 Posts: 422 Likes: 25 Green Bay, WI	Not sure how close I can get you to the manufacture date, but according to the Blue Book information the earliest SN for the Model 96 was in 1948 and that year shows a SN range of 969139 to 978104. So it may be safe to assume around 1948. The ER1L are identifiers for specific design options and I am nlot sure what that would correlate to. Welcome to OG. Neil
