I have never seen an ornate panel like this on a Wayne 515 or 519. Was it standard issue? Anyone reproduce them?

I can answer my own question. The cover is for a Wayne Roman column pump.

Update - I spoke with the Canadian vendor that makes the cover plates. He took the text off of a Roman column cover plate and created custom cast iron cover plates, large and small, that will fit a Wayne 515 and Wayne 519. Price is $120 Canadian per cover plate plus shipping to lower 48. I think that is about $90 US each.
