Can anyone please identify these two visible return caps please? I don’t know what brand of pump they go on. Is the first one just a generic one?

First one is just a locking fill cap -- every tank fill pipe and heating fuel pipe on outside of house had one ...
I collect Phillips 66 and globes pumps & signs esp Iowa co.
