I decided to get started restoring my Wayne 100b pump later this summer, but am dealing with a weird setup. From all of the images I have seen; the hose retractor is on the top left side
and the hose manifold is at the lower right area. As you can see in the picture, there is plumbing exiting thru the retract opening.
I want to rework this to original, Any input would be appreciated. Rick

Someone has removed the re tractor mechanism and ran the hose outlet through there. The hose outlet is suppose to come out the bottom of the pump. This part goes in where your pipe is coming out from with a bezel over this. I will have to check to see if I have that bezel too or not.

Thanks Keith,
I guess I didn't look close enough when I picked up the pump, and wasn't that familiar with it at the time either. If you have any more 100b parts laying around let me know, because I'll be interested for sure. Currently reworking my heavily corroded aluminum base. Since all of the shows crashed this year, looks like I'll be parts begging for a while. I probably will start working on the pump soon so that I can continue the parts hunt and figure out what it will take to "anti-customize" the pump. Rick

I was out in the garage and had to move some pumps, so I took these for you while one of my 100’s was pulled out.
Like Matt’s picture, here is (from top to bottom) the retractor, nozzle rest, and hose outlet.

Here is the inside shot of the hose retractor (pic 1) and two inside shots of the nozzle rest (pic 2 & 3). Note, there is a stamped plate between the frame rails for the nozzle rest components.

Here are the final 3 pics I took for you. Pic 1 is the Inside of the hose outlet. Pic 2 is following the gas pipe backwards from the outlet, up past the nozzle rest area as it bends towards the sight glass manifold. Pic 3 is hard to see but it is the same pipe (followed backwards) screwed into the rear opening of sight glass manifold (as you look at the pump with the hose on the right). The arrows are pointing to the same pipe in pic 2, it is just looking down from the sight glass manifold.

Wow! Thanks for the pics Steve! Seeing the inside details put some light on the assembly for me. I did get the nozzle bezel from Keith a couple weeks ago. Now I need to shop out the retract assembly & rig up some plumbing to reposition for a hose. I’m hoping to get into it late summer/ early fall, but this is 2020! Just got my aluminum base welded at work & need to bondo it up.
