I have a 14 foot rotating sign post

I need to know what info I should discover about, is there a site that deals with these? is there makers info on it somewhere?

It seems to have all its parts, but I haven't tried to make it run yet.

Does anyone use these? or they just to big to deal with?

and how do I determine value, has anyone here sold one before?

and shipping will be a bear I bet

Can't help on maker info but someone will be interested in it. Not many come up so maybe 800? Looks like you're missing side panel which is not a big deal.

Hopefully, the cast iron base isn't cracked or damaged anywhere, since that would affect the value. Couldn't tell from the way your photos were cropped. As Done4 noted, there will definitely be some buying interest in your rotating sign post. It might be good to see if the mechanism is free, and perhaps will even work, before you price the post.
