I am looking for a D-X style 1940s/1950s oil can rack. Also looking for NOS D-X cans from the same era.
Thanks!

The two pictures are not the same rack, it looks like they made two different ways. Also, remember, many of these racks were not offered by the companies like DX, many are generic, or even were from another makers used to put their cans on. Without a sign, etc. we don't know who originally gave either to the service station owner. The rack in the picture with the sign appears to be from DX, but there other one is unknown.

That can rack looks fantastic! The style (shorter than the rack I posted) and sign match the original photo perfectly.
Would you mind telling me the dimensions of the sign?

Thanks Keith, I think I am going to try and make one of those signs.
The seller backed out, so if anyone has one of these racks to sell, please let me know.
