Anybody know anything about this or have a completed one for a picture. Saw one that had two guys at a drive in restaurant look but not like this. The little light bulbs will light up If I wire them up. Twelve volt or what would I use ?

That is a Marx toy. They are not real rare. It came in a few variations including with Erie 53 pumps.
