Attempting to get a Eco 97 functioning. Removed the housing covers and hooked up air. There is air leaking out of a small rectangular port just below the main valve. And there is no difference when closing the hook. New to this tireflator operation. I've checked Jack Sim's site and know what parts are available and he offers a rebuild service. Seems like my problem goes beyond diaphram and strainer gasket replacement. I know there is a lot of expertise with these units on this forum. What direction should I go??? Thanks in advance. Bob

Sounds to me like you need an $8 main valve rebuilding kit. Ron

Just checked your web site. Do you carry the rebuild kit? Didn't see it listed.

It's pictured right below the main valve. Send me an email and I'll email you the service bulletins. Ron

I completely rewrote the Service Manual years ago, it should be called the Restoration Manual because I wrote it in the order the meter should be rebuilt in. Meaning, the original Service Manual was written as a repair manual, not as a restoration manual. If you fix one thing then put the meter back together and something else is wrong you have to take it a part again. Since these meter are so old they should be completely rebuilt, not repaired.
