I was moving stuff around to make room for some new additions in the collection and flight control was helping me. She asked me if this globe was a hard one to find and where there other colors? The reason she asked was because it has a crack line on one side and knows normally I would pass on this condition. I didn't have a solid answer so here I am. I did do a search and found nothing.

So, has anyone else have this style of body and are there other glass body colors out there and who made this? There are no makers marks on the body. Any help is appreciated, she peaked my curiosity.

Les, most of those red Hull bodies I've seen have been for Fleetwing globes. I think others probably used them, but Fleetwing was a big user. Not sure if there are other colors, I'm only familiar with red and obviously white.

Agreeing with Darin....I have a red Hull body Fleet Wing Ethyl globe. I've always liked the way it lights up. The glass body seems to diffuse the red better, than a red plastic CAPCO body would. John
