Picked this up the other day stamped Pennzoil Oil Co. on very top, holds 18 quarts & two small built in handles, cant find any info on it anybody have one or know about what year it was used?

The rack was in use at least 1937-38. I have one but can't remember the date on the sign that attaches to the two holes in the top between the two handles. I think is is 1937. I'll check and if different. I'll post back...
