I create automotive photo illustrations which includes gas stations which I photograph combining automobiles from that period. Making the old new again but preserving the original look with my original designs. Always interested to see or collect historical gas station photos or visit existing buildings.Having lived in the 1950s I have fond memories of gas stations in family travels combined with advertising in all forms.

I don’t know if I have ever seen pumps as salt shakers.
I do really like the restored pumps. As a kid I always liked the Sinclair stations (dinosaurs)but there were few around and we rarely stopped at one.
