Hi Guys, I am trying to find out the model of a 1930's G&B pump that I am restoring as someone has removed the ID plate. The panels are all full length with no doors. It is a model 8'x' but what one?

The base and trim on the top indicate it is an 87 but the doors are from a clock version (I do not know the model number) of the model 70. I noticed you are in the UK so you pump was probably made that way with a different model number than the USA pumps.

Thanks for the replies guys. I am reasonably sure that it is all original but it does seem to be a hybrid. There was a similar pump in Australia but the owner couldn't tell me what was on the ID plate, so again no model number. It would be nice to know so I can get an ID plate made.

Although this pump is US built, i'm sure it's just for the UK market supplied by Standard Oil (Pratts at that time in Britain), it dates around 1932. the pump uses the 70/80 frame that's taller than an 86 but has the old tru-meter head unit.
I have two of these pumps, I will have a look for a model number but it will not match up with US pump numbers,
A little later on Gilbarco pumps were made in the UK under licence by Vickers Armstrong Ltd.
