I picked up this wagon. The wheels are large and heavy and I don't think original.
It looks like a pedal car body, see the headlights.
The floor is not cut for use as a pedal car.
Can someone help me understand what this is or made up of?

It's a Streak-O-lite wagon made by Radio Steel and manufacturing company, they began making them in 1934.
