My oldest son and I had a chance to go by this newly opened museum. Beautiful Metal Birds!
You can also purchase flights in most of them because they are all kept in FLYING CONDITION! I can't wait to go for a ride in the Beachcraft!

Nice pics - that red coach/bus is from Glacier National Park and they are still used today for tours of the “Going to the Sun” road!

As a aspiring airplane mechanic in 1956 I would go into the break room and look at adds in magazines planes for sale. I fell in love with the Beech Staggerwing. They wanted $3500 to $5000 for them. At $1.25 a hour I just could not afford one. Mitch PS never became a airplane mechanic got fired first.

Not to hijack the thread but if you're out this way the ride over Logan Pass on "Going to the sun" road is well worth it. Just dont go in high season (lots of cars) or a motor home (restricted). Scenic and dramatic.
Here is a pic of the membership form with the flights possible!
Yes it's a original bus and was really cool and beautiful
That Swept Wing was amazing!
The man who owns the museum also has another one on the west side of the state in the Seattle area so I can only imagine how amazing his entire collection is!

Dave here is another private air museum right by you, well close in Prairie terms (200 miles), in the PNW.

Dang, the restoration on those planes are remarkable.
That is impressive. Just the shear size of the restoration of those is huge. Very nice, Thanks
All ways enjoy aviation museums . For anyone traveling to Florida there is Fantasy of Flight in Polk City. Was there about 10 yrs. ago. Privately owned. Also close to me NAS Pensacola which is the Naval museum. It is fantastic. Thanks for sharing the pics.
Very cool. Thanks for sharing !
