I reported similar 'suspicious' oil can listings to e-bay last week. They have many seller names, with (0) history or feedback, item location in China, with super low 'buy it now' pricing. They post a pic from a previous auction.

There was a 2nd one I spotted as well, but it sold, it was a Texaco oiler, same place different name, like you said 0 feedback
