I sure hope the pic's upload. Enjoy!
Looks good, looks like I driven by that barn and gulf sign in northwest Ohio !
That looks very cool!!! Nicely done!! And that pump looks awesome!!
Good looking pump, what brand and model is it?
I remember pumping gas with those noisey old pumps...You younger guys don't know how noisey them things were lol
Thanks for the compliments, I appreciate it!
My story is typical, worked at a Union 76 in the late 80's during high school. Time flies by and you start thinking of your younger days, next thing you know you're collecting your youth. Sure wish I would have thought back then to keep all that cool stuff that got thrown away!
The pump is a Keene 512E. I know they don't have the following and popularity of the older more valuable pumps but I pumped a gazillion gallons through them back then. When I found this one I absolutely had to have it. I need to take it back inside for some finish detailing etc, but it's turning out so well I just had to bring it out temporarily for pictures. And yes they sure were noisy!!
Thanks again! Great site!
I absolutely love this style pump...so simple & says so much.
Can you hopefully show us the inside bottom guts too?
And a 3 digit pre-oil embargo pump to boot!
Awesome display.
Nicely displayed and I like the pump as well.

Looks great! Maybe you can find a large 76 to replace the Gulf.

Unfortunately I don't have pics of what was in the lower half of pump. It was so heavy took 3 of us to load it, didn't have enough manpower to unload it so I removed everything from below to lighten it up. I scrapped all the lower parts...not sure if that was the right thing to do???

That's the plan. Gulf sign is there to fill the space for now, and the colors match so...
