I purchased this pump some 3 months ago and just moved it into my collection after replacing a broken nozzle rest lever, installing a globe mounting bracket in place of the globe delete fixture pictured, rewiring it and cleaneing up the sight glass spinners. Still need to add some stainless top trim I tried to stay true to its previous branding and like the finished look.

I like the globe cover feature too. Either way it's a great looking pump

Looks good Marshall! I have never seen the globe cover on one. How did you get the ad glass off without breaking them? Brady

I'm not sure what ad glass your refering to Brady. The globe mount needs to be removed and the cover bolts to the plates screwed into the remaining sheet metal top.

Oops, my bad, I meant site glass. I can't get the retaining nut loose without using heat and I'm sure it will break if I do.

I have a home made spaner wrench which I used with a little heat. Got mhe site glass off but it took a bit of work..I can send you the wrench if that will help.

Thanks Marshall, I'll take you up on that offer. The last site glass a heated a little cracked a whole lot! Thanks! Brady

I'll put the wrench in the mail. Tom Buckles has replacement site glasses for sale. Please return the wrench when you are done with it. Often thought it might be a good idea to develop a list of members that have made special tools and would be willing to loan them out.
