I talked to the man who designed these. That was 30+ yrs ago and he has passed.
There was only 100 of each made. It was put in the attic 20+ yrs before I bought it in the 80's.
No water damage on the bottom of the lenses, near mint.

I don't know why the numbers are different, I will have to ask Wayne.

There is no way I would ever let go of this globe for that price.
I would not take 4 x that for this Gem.

Nice globe. I really like the 1932 V-R also.
