Randy ,working in a tire factory for 34 years and some change this reminds me of not loyalty but quality slogan reminder short for turning out a quality product will protect our good name.
Always a double edge sword you had the higher ups preaching quality and floor soups and dept. mangers hollering for production numbers.

Ive had two of those Goodyear signs and both were hanging in tire stores.
