Here’s a little before and after, I did today.
She ain’t perfect, but she’s a lot prettier....
a big difference, appears too have been thru a fire .. ...
Boom! Nice to see saving signs that look they're trash. Great save man.
Looks good Steve...nice improvement.
Can you share what you used and how it was done
Thanks looks great
amazing clean up!! What was that on it?
Thanks for all the nice comments everyone.
Here is another White Star sign I did today (not the same sign). This one was tarred and feathered. Had a lot of tar on it, as you can see...
For those who asked... the first sign had silver paint with maroon paint over it. I used two applications of paint remover and then cleaned it up with Bon Ami porcelain cleaner.
The second sign was tar. I used a razor blade to get the majority off, then paint thinner which softens the remainder of the tar and removes some of the staining, then I followed up with Bon Ami again.
No need to play coy, Steve. Lol! Freaking AMAZING job! Did the price you paid reflect how they looked before the transformation? That’d be killer. Seeing stuff like this reminds how damn strong porcelain is. Wow
Those are great signs!!!!
