Had another great year....got to visit with a lot of old friends and make a lot of new ones...here are a few of my favorites from 2017....Happy New Year!

I had a good year as well and added a few things to the collection! Thanks to fellow oldgassers for Help with the Buy Economy, Hancock, and the Norwalk! The Norwalk is at the Neon shop and should be ready by the end of January. Happy New Year everyone and I hope it's a good one! Keep them coming!

I had a pretty good 2017! I added a few new sets, (a couple of singles), some upgrades and two new coin banks. Congratulations to all for your 2017 finds and best of luck to you for 2018!

Here is my buy of the year. A very nice complete Bennett 150.

Here is my buy of the year! My G&B 105 double visi, double computing pump. I made new panels, rusted them, and hand painted the decals for the doors. This is my favorite pump!

It is hard to pick favorites and it can not all be posted. Sense I am a pump guy I am posting my favorite pump purchases of the year and a few of the many cans.

I collect Mobil, am always looking for Mobil Outboard and Marine items.
Added these, I really like the 1 Gallon cans and the two Small Marine Grease cans, I am looking for a nicer Grease Can if anyone has one, thanks Steve

Picked up 2 Nice Upperlube Counter Displays to go with my Upperlube Collection.

Bought a lot of great signs last year. However, most of my favorite buys ended up on this table. Took the glass off for the photo.

Lol John....just following Butch Greer's advice and buying the best condition I can afford.

I actually would like to buy a few signs with some age on them though...they have a great look too.

Some amazing pieces were added to collections this year, great stuff.

Here are my buys of the year, more like buys of a lifetime for me. And to top it all both were acquired in the same month!

Wow !!!! Super nice Cash recorders Tom. Those are great finds. Did you happen to get the octagon globe 'ring' with it? I love that 50 !!

The globe holder is from a 53. I'm on the hunt for a 50 globe holder, most likely I'll be very happy with a recast.

Don't have the globe frame, propbably can't afford an original...LOL. Again I'll be happy with a repro.

Here are my favorites for 2017.

2017 was a busy year. I went to the Missouri show, two in Peotone, Columbus and Iowa Gas. Bought a few things for the collection, prices were strong in my opinion. Planning on rolling out Thursday for Missouri again.

I have had this pump sometime but more importantly finished it last year now I can enjoy it. By far my most favorite. Inside are also some the cans I was lucky to get.

That is an awesome Air Force sign! I've never seen it before. Looks like tin....is it dated anywhere? I'm guessing 50's/early 60's??
