There are seven folders available...All of them have the red rubber bands except one and the bands are removable. They are 11 3/4” x 9 1/2”...The folders do have some wear just from being handled but they don’t appear to have ever been expanded and they have no tears...There are no details or order pads inside as stated on the folders...Maybe you have the details and order pads and have just needed these folders to put them in!
