Great very early, historic automotive sign.Awesome condition. Very fair price IMO. Close to the turn of the century, maybe pre 1900 I believe. According to Wikipedia, the Columbia Ignitor was developed in 1896, and was the first successful dry cell, mass produced battery. This company became "Eveready" around 1906. Heres some more info on the company as well as the battery. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Carbon_Company
I would buy the sign in a heartbeat, but I already own one. I'm seriously considering owning two.
