I have an opportunity to purchase this sign but I have no idea what it's worth. Both sides are in similar condition. Any thoughts on what it's worth and if it is the real deal?

How about approach it this way...what does the price tag say?

The price tag that is on the sign today is $649. I have no idea if that's a good/bad/ok price and more important, while it appears real to me, is there anyone here who thinks that it is a knock off?
