Recently picked up this Kendall lollipop. Curious on some opinions of the value. I intend on trying to find an original base so thoughts on how it is now and with a correct base. I haven't tried cleaning it up yet.

...I don't think it will clean much - the porcelain on that sign looks to be severely etched and eroded...it's got a good look, but if it were mine - and the porcelain is, in fact, gone - I wouldn't spend the money for an original base...
I think it is a painted sign..... not gonna get much better. Chris
Ok, I'll say it, that's really rough. But in the right presentation it would be cool and bringing it's glory back. Will it clean up not so much, it is what it is, make it proud.
How much did you pay for it?
Value? What you paid for it because it is in the eyes of the beholder. This is not a knock but just happy you saved it.
